Semi-structured open-ended interview questions were prepared and directed to both artists. Content analysis was performed on the collected data by using the phenomenological method, NVIVO 12 program. Findings: According to the first finding, both artists perform their activities with their own servant leadership characteristics. It was revealed that both had all the characteristics of servant leadership. The other result of the research is that both artists, who are busy with Turkish art music, are happy with their activities and reflect this situation in their organizational fields during their long professional lives. Discussion: According to the research findings, individuals with different professions participating in artistic activities are stripped of their own identity and come together with the unifying power of music. It is observed that the employees participating in artistic activities receive strong support from leading artists and use this power with a synergy in their organizational lives. This synergy reflected in the organizational field causes positive outcomes for businesses. For this reason, it is important to support the employees' participation in artistic activities
