Uygun olmayan bir akustik çevreye sahip okullar, pek çok öğrenci için negatif bir öğrenme çevresidir. Gürültü, öğrencilerin geçici veya kalıcı olarak sağlığını etkiler, okul başarısını düşürür. Okullar öğrenme ve öğretme etkinliğinin gerçekleştirildiği ortamlardır. Öğrenciler duymadıklarını öğrenemezler, öğretmenler çocukların öğrenme ile ilgili gereksinimlerini onları duyarak anlayabilirler. İnsanların ihtiyaç duyduğu, akustik konfora sahip mekânlar; çalışma ve yaşam için uygun yapı yaparak ve çalışma performansını etkileyecek akustik sorunlara çözüm bulunmasıyla sağlanabilmektedir. Bundan dolayı, akustik konfora sahip olması gereken mekânlar arasında, eğitim yapıları önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışmada, eğitim yapıları özelinde Bozok Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi’nde yer alan amfilerin akustik konfor koşulları yerinde yapılan ölçümlerle incelenmiş, mevcut koşulların yönetmeliklere uygunluğu değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan iyileştirme çalışması ile önceki ve sonraki durum değerlendirmesi ölçüm yöntemi ile incelenmiş ve akustik konfor koşulları analiz edilmiştir.

Schools with an inappropriate acoustical environment are a negative learning environment for many students. Noise affects the health of students temporarily or permanently, reducing school success. Schools are environments where learning and teaching activities take place. Students can not learn that they do not hear, teachers can understand children's learning needs by listening to them. Places with acoustic comfort that people need; by making the structure suitable for work and life and by finding a solution to the acoustical problems that will affect the performance of the work. Therefore, educational facilities have an important place among the places that should have acoustic comfort. In this context, the acoustic comfort conditions of amphibians in Bozok University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences were investigated by means of in situ measurements and the compliance of the existing conditions with the regulations was evaluated. With the improvement work done, the previous and next case evaluations were examined by the measurement method and the acoustic comfort conditions were analyzed.
