Abstract

The small entrepreneurship is an important element of market economy without which the state
can't harmoniously develop. The small entrepreneurship is a special type of activity and plays a key
role in the solution of social and economic tasks of the state. And therefore, system microfinancing
this sector of the financial relations within which basic financial services are provided to people
with the low level of the income for what to develop small business.
