The importance of transformational leadership and leadership theory has been emphasized, and the
emerging problems in the field of application are examined on the one hand. The definition and
aspects of transformational leadership have been tried to be explained comparatively in our
successful and more successful research by various experts. In our study, various descriptive and
deductive methods are analyzed within the framework of the research method we use, assumptions,
universe, our sampling research and our research analytical tables. The final result we obtained
from statistical tests shows that successful companies include more transformational leadership
practices than companies that fail.
