Abstract

Human beings have influenced each other for centuries through communication. Thanks to
communication, people contributed to their development and transferred their feelings and thoughts
to each other. Since the existence of humanity, the transfer of cultures to future generations has also
been realized through communication. Therefore, communication has been instrumental in meeting
many needs of people at the same time. Communication initially provides the formation of the value
judgments of the individual, his family, his environment and then the society in which he lives. Communication brings along the learning process. Learning does not take place only in the
classroom environment, it exists in all areas of life. Learning that takes place by shaping the
behavior of people's knowledge and skills is long and permanent. In particular, the behaviors of
preschool children allow the creation of more effective behaviors in the coming years together with
learning. In this study, the role of interpersonal communication on the behavior patterns of
preschool students is investigated. It has been observed that it is very important in shaping the
behavior patterns of preschool students through interpersonal communication. In addition, it was
concluded that in the educational environment, students formed a unique behavior pattern by not
ignoring interpersonal communication elements.
