Capitalism gained ground all over the world after WW2. This reality made liberalism most popular in free world. Since then globalisation process developed and changed the world to a large village. One world concept brought severe competition into life from all over the world. Hundreds of thousands of companies started to product for a single market. Business facing intensive competition and challenge began to develop new strategies to cope with this challenge. One of the leading subjects becoming prominent is leadership. A lot of changes occurred in leadership literatures during that period. New types of leadership emerged. Leadership styles differed from each other. In this study leadership and leadership types will be discussed and inspirational leadership management will be compared with other leadership types. The acclimatisation of inspiration leadership management with organisation culture will be examined. A large number of papers will be inspected, the other authors’ studies will be examined to be able to make this examination and search. Then I will try to come up with some results and conclusions.
