DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR EDUCATIONAL WORK IN SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AND METHODICAL WORK

Abstract

Education and upbringing for the younger generation today is an urgent problem. The director of
the school is closely connected with the methodological work of the principal for academic research
using the latest technologies in the field of education. Therefore, it is very important that qualified
and experienced employees work in methodological work.
At school, the deputy director for the education of the school conducts methodological work with
class teachers and educators. Methodical work defines the issues of education of teachers,
organization of meetings with methodologists, subject teachers, and school administration direction.
The deputy director for educational affairs of the school carries out methodical work in the
following areas:
✓ conduct a methodological meeting;
✓ Participates in the preparation of pedagogical consultation and training;
✓ Following the results of the academic year, the class will conduct interviews and meetings
on the outcomes of the classroom activities;
✓ advise class leaders to conduct extracurricular activities;
✓ participates in the preparation and conduct of the methodical week;
✓ participates in creative days, celebrations and preparation;
✓ disseminates classroom teacher practices;
✓ prepares materials of the methodological association for the exhibition and introduction;
✓ forms specific indicator banks for classroom teachers;
✓ forms indicator banks' educational works with information technology;
For each of the guidelines of the board of teachers, including classroom teachers, especially for the
first time is very important for young professionals who serve as the head of the class.
