Abstract

Today, the updating of educational content is at the stage of very important changes. Educational content
renewal is the combination of high-quality education, a model that has proposed a number of success formulas based on a bright future, and the educational process with comprehensive new methods.
State plan for the development of education and science in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2016-2019
in the program "Ensuring equal access to quality secondary education, in a rapidly changing world
formation of intellectual, physically and spiritually developed, successful citizen
as shown, today the paradigm of education is from education focused on "Qualified person" to "Culture person"
requires transition to focused education. New organization of education - its philosophical,
psychological, pedagogical foundations, theory and practice need to be revised in depth.
