The research conducted to determine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational democracy and organizational opposition was analyzed using the relational scanning model, one of the quantitative research methods. The data set in the study consists of the answers given by 202 teachers who were randomly selected among the teachers working in high schools, secondary schools and primary schools in Erzincan. Standard deviation, percentage, frequency and mean values were found on the obtained data set, and ANOVA test, t-test, correlation test and regression analysis were performed. According to the findings obtained from the research, teachers' perception levels of organizational democracy and organizational opposition were found to be at medium level. When another result obtained from the research is examined, teachers' perceptions of organizational democracy do not differ according to gender, professional seniority and school type, while perceptions of organizational opposition and horizontal opposition perceptions, which are the sub-dimensions of organizational opposition, are in favor of male teachers according to gender variable and 5 years in terms of professional seniority It is concluded that there is a significant difference in favor of teachers with seniority and above, and in terms of school type in favor of teachers working in primary schools. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational opposition and organizational democracy and that teachers' perceptions of organizational opposition and organizational democracy are significant predictors.
