THE EVALUATION OF HUMAN HASTINESS AND THE PHENOMENON OF COMPETITION IN HIS LIFE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE QUR'AN

Abstract

People live in a competitive world. We live by competing. This phenomenon of competing can be
observed at every moment and in every aspect of social, cultural, and economic life, especially in
sports. A person sometimes competes with others to reach a goal earlier than them and sometimes
competes with himself. In any case, there is a matter of rush, hastiness, and competition in all areas
of life. In this article, we first examined the reasons of human hastiness and the phenomenon of
competition in his life. Then, we tried to reveal how the phenomenon of competition is understood
from the perspective of the Qur'an through the eyes of commentators and Muslim scholars by
determining how this phenomenon is handled in the Qur'an. At the end of the study, we shared our
findings.
